I don't just manage cost on paper — I understand the work, the systems, the contractors, and where the real money moves.

I'm Sathiyaseelan Ramasamy — known to most as Sathish — a Commercial Manager specialising in Electrical and M&E construction projects across Singapore, with a parallel track in AI-assisted development.

Over the past 3+ years, I've independently managed the full commercial lifecycle on projects up to SGD 3.55 Million — handling cost estimation, quantity take-off, subcontractor procurement, variation claims and contract administration with full client-facing accountability. Not as support. Not in an assistant capacity. As the person responsible.

My background spans an MBA from the University of Sunderland (UK) and a First Class Engineering degree from Anna University — giving me both the strategic commercial thinking and the technical grounding in electrical systems, LPS and earthing works that most commercial professionals lack.

Beyond construction, I build web tools, dashboards and automation workflows using AI-assisted development — leveraging Claude and modern AI platforms to deliver clean, functional digital products fast. This dual capability allows me to bridge the gap between commercial project delivery and digital innovation.

I've contributed to over SGD 10 Million in project value across electrical, LPS and infrastructure works. I've managed Singapore's entire tendering operation remotely from Dubai — proving I deliver results regardless of circumstance.
